Delivery

• Malta: 1–3 business days

• Gozo: 2–5 business days

Cash on Delivery

• Payment is made upon delivery.

• Please have the exact amount ready whenever possible.

Delivery Confirmation & Refused Orders

Once an order has been confirmed for delivery, it is considered accepted by the customer.

If a customer refuses or cancels the order upon delivery after previously confirming it, the customer will still be required to pay the applicable delivery fee.

This covers the delivery cost incurred in sending the courier to the provided address.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your order, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled. Additional delivery charges may apply if a new delivery attempt is required.
