Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened skincare or beauty products
• Personal care items
• Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be arranged by bank transfer or another agreed method.
